 Vistas del Mar is a tastefully appointed five bedroom, four bath home with wonderful views of the Sea of Cortez and easy access to the beach. The first floor has a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster and stainless counter tops.
The living room has seating and dining areas, a VCR, and fireplace (bring own wood or fire logs). Also on the first floor are two bedrooms, each with queen size beds, one of which is handicap accessible, as well as a handicap accessible bath. The lower level patio has a beautifully tiled barbecue/food preparation area with a charcoal barbecue, sink and breakfast bar with stools, two tables, ten chairs, four chaise lounges, an outside shower and outdoor fireplace.
The upper level has two bedrooms; one bedroom has one queen size bed and the other has two queen size beds. Overlooking the water and the beautiful Sonoran Desert is the master suite with bath, including double sinks, and access to the upper sundeck. Also on the second floor is a third bath and a large sun deck. For the 11th and 12th guests, there is a lower level bedroom with a queen sofa sleeper and bath that can accommodate 2 people.
Other amenities include central A/C and heat; fans in all the rooms, CD player, inside and outside speakers, outstanding views of the Sea of Cortez, and ample parking. Sheets and towels provided.
Owner requests No Smoking Inside or No Pets. $20 extra per person per night over 8 people - maximum 12. 12 person rate required for the 5th bedroom. Minimum 2 nights; Holidays 3 nights.
