 Villa Muntean is a beautiful two-story, 3 bedroom, 2 ½ bath, fully enclosed and gated property, with ample, secured parking. Upstairs, the great room, with a spectacular ocean view, has a vaulted boveda ceiling, a large wood-burning fireplace (bring own wood or firelogs), and ample fireside seating. French doors lead to the ceramic dolphin-tiled sundeck which offers a built-in breakfast bar, charcoal barbeque grill (bring own charcoal), and wood burning fireplace for outdoor entertaining (bring own wood or fire logs). This main floor has a spacious kitchen with vaulted ceiling and ceiling fans, all major appliances including a gas stove, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, convection oven, prep sink, and many small appliances including coffee maker, blender and microwave.
The dining area accommodates 6 guests. The master suite, also on the main floor, has a magnificent ocean view, a king size bed, decorative fireplace, full private bath complete with a sit down shower, a tiled Roman step down bath and double sinks. French doors provide access to the outdoor sundeck for those unforgettable Sea of Cortez sunrise/sunsets. The second and third ocean-side bedrooms are located on the ground floor. Both rooms have French doors leading to the tiled patio, outdoor showers, and access to the beach. One bedroom has a king sized bed; the other has two full sized beds and both rooms share a Jack and Jill style bath complete with double sinks and a large Mexican tile shower.
Other amenities include a laundry room, upstairs powder room, central AC/heat, and sundeck with fire pit. Owner requests No Smoking Inside and No Pets. Sheets and one set of bath towels provided. Minimum 2 nights. Holidays 3 nights.
