 For large family and friend gatherings on a quiet beachfront what could be more inviting! There is peace and serenity, quiet beachfront away from the crowded condos and resorts
Four casas with walled in privacy make up our villa and accomodates from two to twenty guests. The traditional Mexican architecture with high beam ceilings, roofed porches through out the villa along with the garden setting in the courtyard make for an atmosphere of tranquility You can book one small casita (sleeps 2- 4 persons) or book a town home that has two bedrooms with two baths, for up to 6 persons.
The center door between The two beachfront townhomes can be opened to create one large comfortable spacious home. All rooms have windows with beach views.
Each bedroom and bath has its own theme in its decor. Each bedroom has WiFi outlet and comfortable beds with furnishings and lighting that are relaxing and inviting. From our Mexican garden suite to our Navaho suite to our village suite each has its own flair.
You are our guests here at our family villa and we are here to make sure your stay is just what your wanting it to be. If problems arise, we are here to help you.
Family reunions are amoung our favoite bookings, small weddings or Spiritual / church retreats. We are open fall, winter, spring and summer.
Chef available for preparing special meal(s) for you with all cleanup. Massage therapist available also beauty needs of manicures, facials and pedicures too along with horse back riding on the beach and kayaks can all be brought here to the villa for your enjoyment. If you would like we can book a whale watching cruse, deep sea fishing, trip to bird island, sunset cruse, Jet Skis and much more.... just let our concierge service know your desires two weeks before your arrival.
The villa has its own kayaks and boogie boards for you to enjoy at no extra cost.

 There are two town homes beach front and two casitas.
Each Casita ( studio apt, 2 queen beds) from $85.00- for 2 persons to $125.00 for 4 persons, Depending on season........2 night minimum . Cleaning fee $50.00.
Each town home two bedroom (3 queen beds) BEACH FRONT
From $200.00 -250.00 depending on season, 3 night minimum. Cleaning fee $80.00
When booking the whole villa ( two town homes and two casitas) priced from $600.00 -700.00 a night, depending on season, with up to 20 guests maximum. 3 night minimum. Cleaning fee $250.00
Thanksgiving and New Years..... $800.00 a night.... full villa booking only.
