 Splendific, Gracious, Spacious, and Elegant would describe this recently remodeled two level, 6 bedroom, 4 bath home with its spectacular views of the Sea of Cortez from ALL rooms. As you walk through the entrance you will be awed by the breathtaking view of the ocean. The main floor contains a large spacious great room/kitchen/dining area, 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. In the great room there are two fireplaces (bring own wood or fire logs), large sectional leather couch for ample seating, satellite TV/VCR/DVD, CD and cassette player and separate wet bar. The kitchen has granite kitchen counters, a large breakfast bar with seating for 6, dishwasher, gas stove, and all necessary small appliances - built-in microwave, toaster oven, toaster, blender and coffee maker. The dining area has a unique polished granite table and comfortable chairs. The master bedroom suite has a queen bed, private bath with granite counter tops, full ocean view and TV/VCR/DVD. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a TV/VCR/DVD. The third bedroom has two full size beds and TV/VCR. Adjacent to these bedrooms is a bath. Other amenities include central heating and cooling, fans in all rooms, floors covered with Italian tile, patio furniture, and gas barbecue. The lower floor has a complete living area, lacking only cooking facilities. This level also has gorgeous ocean views. There is a living room, two baths and three bedrooms – the master has two queen beds, bath with granite counter tops; another bedroom has one queen bed and a twin trundle, and the 6th bedroom has two full size beds. Contents of the living area downstairs also include a refrigerator, sink, and microwave. Owner requests Families Only, No Smoking Inside and No Pets. Sheets and one set of bath towels provided. 2-night Minimum during the week; 3-night minimum during weekends in March, April, May, and October and all Holidays.
