 Desert Shores Group is proud to offer for rent a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, luxury condo in the beautiful seaside resort of Las Palomas in Puerto Peñasco (Rocky Point), Mexico. From the 4th floor of the Cordoba building you will have gorgeous views of the Old Port of Puerto Peñasco and the Sea of Cortez in addition to being only steps from the beach. The Cordoba building is the closest building to the beach at the Las Palomas resort which boasts world class amenities including: 18-hole championship golf course, negative-edge swimming pools, water slide, lazy river, kiddie pool, Jacuzzis, swim-up bar, fine dining, fitness center and much more.
This is a brand new fully furnished and equipped 1632 square foot luxury condo. The master bedroom, living room and dining room all view the Rocky Point through a wall of sliding glass doors. The glass doors open onto a 430 square foot private deck that overlooks the Las Palomas swimming pools and the Sea of Cortez.
You can cook your own meals in the fully equipped kitchen, order room service from the resort or enjoy fine dining in the 4 Diamond award winning resort restaurants. The kitchen is appointed with everything you may need to enjoy an overnight stay or a two week vacation. It has a range, microwave, full size refrigerator, and dishwasher along with a complete set of dishes and flatware.
In addition to all of the outdoor activities provided at the resort, our condo has the best indoor entertainment you will find in the resort. The living room has a 47" LCD television with cable service and a DVD player. Both bedrooms have 32" Plasma televisions with cable service and DVD players. The condo also has broadband internet service to keep you connected.
If you’ve stayed at the Las Palomas Resort in the past, you know that the buildings facing Rocky Point (east) are the best buildings in the complex because they are shaded in the late afternoon sun. You also know that the buildings closest to the beach offer the best views of Rocky Point and the Sea of Cortez. Look no further because this condo has both of these qualities along with being only two units from the beach end of the building. Wow!!!

Las Palomas is a resort of privately owned condos. While all condos must meet a minimum standard list of amenities, the quality of the furniture, electronics, and such will vary. Our condo has the highest quality furniture, electronics and appliances. Make sure you check out our photos links above to see the quality.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: We rent our property through the Owner Referral Program and rental pool at Las Palomas. Las Palomas does not provide the same level of service to guests of owners that are not part of the rental pool. In addition, you may be required to pay additional costs to use the swimming pool and beach areas. Make sure you take the extra costs into account when comparing rentals. Also think of the piece of mind knowing you are a full guest of the resort.

Winter Room Rates (Starting December 1 to February 28):
All nights: $150 per night plus 7.9% tax
Week Stay Special: 7 nights for the price of 6 - $900 per week plus 7.9% tax
Spring/Summer Room Rates (Starting March1 to November 30):
Sun - Thurs: $185 per night plus 7.9% tax
Fri - Sat: $215 per night plus 7.9% tax
Week Stay Special: 7 nights for the price of 6 - $1170 per week plus 7.9% tax
Holiday Room Rates (April 5-8 and May 25-27):
$295 per night plus 7.9% tax
All rates are per night, in US dollars, and include housekeeping service, wrist bands and access to resort amenities. We do not charge "hidden fees".
Our condo is in the Las Palomas Rental Pool. You will have a worry free vacation because you are a true guest of the resort. This means that you will get full access to all the benefits and amenities of the resort without any additional hidden costs assessed once you arrive at the resort. That may not be the case if you rent a Las Palomas condo that is not part of the Rental Pool and the Owner Referral Program. Following are a few examples of services only available to renters of condos in the Rental Pool.
Timely Maintenance Service: We have not had any problems like this but if you were to experience air conditioning problems in our unit, the resort will move you to another condo or repair the problem immediately. If you are renting a condo from an owner that is not in the Rental Pool you will NOT be moved to another unit. This type of situation can quickly ruin your vacation. You will not have that problem in our condo.
Full Access to Swimming Pools and Beach: When you rent our condo complete access to the swimming pools and beach areas is included in the price. When you rent a condo that is not part of the rental pool, you will have to pay extra fees to get access to the swimming pool and beach areas. Make sure you take these extra fees into account. Daily Maid Service: The cost of our condo includes daily maid service where they will freshen the towels and perform minor cleaning duties. That is not the case with non-rental pool guests where you may be charged for a cleaning services that occurs after you checkout. There are no hidden or extra costs when you rent our condo.
