 We are offering our unit at awesome rates! We are in the rental pool so if you contact us directly, we will provide you with our owners discounted rates that can't be beat! These rates provide you with daily cleaning service, all resort fees including wirstbands, and much more! You must contact us so we can provide you the rates. Right now you can rent our unit for 1 week and you will only pay for 5 nights!!! You can feel confident knowing you will have access to the resort amenities. Contact us and we can discuss other options for renting our unit depending on the size of your party. Please email or call as we will reply quickly! Our unit is located at Las Palomas Phase I on the 3rd floor with perfect views. - the only 5 Star Resort in Rocky Point. This is a perfect unit for families, couples, friends, or anyone and is more than 1500 Square feet in addition to a 400+ square foot patio is large enough for 10 adults+ to hang out, have some drinks and take a nap. Chez padded lounge chairs, large table, additional seats, etc. We have bunk beds in our converted 3rd bedroom. We have installed new HD tvs and cable TV and DVDs in every room!
Board games for kids and adults, CDs, inntertubes, magazines, books AND all paying guests can take advantage of the Kids Club that is open from 8am - 5pm daily and has so many fun activities that you can relax while your kids are having a blast. This absolutely FREE while you stay there. We also have personal inntertubes that are not available at the resort anymore.
We are on the third (3rd) floor which is great when it is crowded b/c there are only 2 flights of stairs. Don't get stuck waiting on the eleveator! Lazy river and beach and so convenient for families or couples looking to get away. You only need your toothbrush and we always GUARANTEE your satisfaction. We discount returning guests and know you will find our furnishings to be top of the line and perfect for your tastes. We urge you to compare our unit when you are there and look at what we offer compared to everyone else - there is no comparison. Again, we know you will be happy, guaranteed! We can send more pics if you want. ATV ($20/hr) and Wave Runners are steps away and we have everything to keep your costs down while on vacation!
