 Las Palmas 11A. The beautiful Sea of Cortez is completely accessible and in full view from the carefree comfort of your completely furnished 3 bedroom, 3½ bath, 1600 sq. ft. home. You can walk 26 steps to the private sandy beach that awaits you, where you can swim, play, and snorkel in front of your vacation home and enjoy creatures of the sea.
You can see the Dolphins playing just yards from the shore! While you are secluded at the end of the beach in the Mirador area and can choose a quiet afternoon of playing at the beach, you are also within walking distance to restaurants and nightlife in town too. This home truly has the best of both worlds!
The master suite has a king size bed and private bath with large shower; the second bedroom suite has two full-size beds and private bath, and the third bedroom has a queen bed and private bath with a private entrance from the rest of the town home. The boveda ceiling and extra high windows in the living/kitchen area provide an expansive view of the Sea of Cortez.
The extra large kitchen includes full size refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, blender, and most all of the kitchen accessories you might need during your stay. The home opens to an ocean-side patio equipped with patio furniture and a barbecue for your outdoor enjoyment and cooking. Also located in this part of the town home is the 1/2 bath. Beautifully furnished for your comfort, just bring food and beverages, your toothbrush, swimsuit and beach towels! Other amenities are central air/heat, ceiling fans in all rooms, and an outside shower. There is parking for one vehicle in a secure garage.
Owner requests No Smoking Inside and No Pets. Sheets and one set of bath towels are provided. 2-night Minimum during the week; 3-night minimum during weekends in March, April, May, June and October and all Holidays.
