We are the Stewens and McNary families. We own this gorgeous three bedroom unit on the third floor in Bldg. A at Esmeralda Resort located on the far west end of Sandy Beach.
OUR MISSION: "Mi Casa es Su Casa." My home is your home. We want you to feel this is your home. Your place to escape to.
Esmeralda
Is the newest and most premier resort on Sandy Beach. The construction materials and details are un-paralled. From the cantera stone to the marble and granite, you will not find a nicer place in all of Rocky Point.
The Condo
Unit 302A
Our condo is located on the third floor in Bldg A which is the closest Bldg. to Sandy Beach. It's physical layout faces south west so it's pefect to watch both the ocean and those gorgeous Rocky Point sunsets from.
Fully Furnished - Yes
All you have to bring is your sun tan lotion and your bathing suits. From the GE side load washer and dryer to the stainless steel appliances, you'll feel right at home.
Resort Amenities
Pool - Yes
They have finished one of the many pools that will eventually make this the premier resort on Sandy Beach.
Restaurant & Snack Shop - Not on site
Eventually when construction is complete they plan on having services. There are nearby restaurants at the neighboring resort Sonoran Sun and right down the beach at The Reef.
