The bathroom has Marble & Travertine, hair dryer, oversized makeup mirror, extra-Large Walk-In Shower. Large Dining Room Table with seating for 4 plus an additional 2 bar stools at the breakfast bar. We have included several games & movies for your enjoyment. Our condo also offers Purified Water, Air-Conditioning, Laundry room with a full sized washer/dryer, sink, iron & full sized ironing board. A Private Balcony off the family room with the most stunning Ocean Front View! Wake up to the Sounds of the Ocean & Pristine Beachfront Views!

As a paying guest of the resort you will receive the following services...
daily maid service,ability to set up an account and charge at the bars & restaurants,
24/7 front desk assistance if you have a problem with appliances, internet, telephone, A/C or the door key.
Also, with the frequent power surges in Puerto Penasco, some units experience temporary problems with the A/C, thus the resort will be able to move you to another suite if this happens or if any other problem occurs in the suite that requires you to move.
Also, all units that are managed by Las Palomas have to meet strict furnishings guidelines in order to rent their suites out.
