 This two story truly beautifully furnished and decorated house features three large bedrooms, each with its own private bath. The high elevation of this lot affords a beautiful view of the water.
On the first floor are 2 bedrooms--one with a king bed and private bath and dressing area; the other has a queen bed and private bath. The master bedroom suite is on the second floor and has a queen bed, private bath with his and hers dressing areas, and a private patio facing the ocean. Also on the upper level is the living room/kitchen/dining area, all of which have a beautiful view of the ocean. The living room has a boveda ceiling, ample seating including a hid-a-bed sofa for extra sleeping, and it opens out onto a patio. In this area is a fully equipped kitchen, including an espresso/coffee maker, blender, toaster, microwave, and dishwasher. It also has a lovely dining area and a fourth guest bath.
