 Casa Marisol is a beautiful beachfront 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath two-story home with a wonderful view of the Sea of Cortez. There are two master suites. The first master bedroom suite is on the main floor; it has an ocean view with patio access, king bed, sitting area and large private bath.
Upstairs there are three other bedrooms. The second master bedroom suite has a king bed and daybed with trundle. The private bath has a shower/tub, an ocean view and patio access. The third bedroom has a king bed, also a daybed with trundle, ocean view and patio access. The fourth bedroom has a full-size bed and also has a daybed with trundle, an ocean view and patio access. The hall bathroom is spacious with a shower/tub combination.
The kitchen is fully equipped, including dishwasher, and most small appliances?coffee maker, toaster, blender, and microwave. The living area has ample seating, TV/VCR, CD player and Satellite TV. The dining area is spacious with table seating for 8. Other amenities include ceiling fans in all rooms, a large front patio with ample patio furniture, an outside shower and charcoal barbeque. (Bring own charcoal.)
Owner requests No Smoking Inside and No Pets, 2 nights minimum during the week, 3 nights minimum during the weekend. Sheets and one set of bath towels are provided.
