Las Palomas Seaside Golf Community is an AAA Four Diamond award winning luxury resort with all the amenities you would expect at a high end hotel including 24-hour gated security, room service, free high speed internet service, reverse osmosis water purifying system, 18-hole championship golf course with golf clubhouse, state-of-the-art fitness center, negative-edge pools with heated spas overlooking the Sea of Cortez, swim-up pool bars, gas grills, water slide, lazy river, children's pools, Kid's Club, organized children's activities, 2 gourmet restaurants, underground parking, on-site convenience store, and much more. Sit by any of the pools or under the palapas on the beach, where you can have a waiter bring you a cold drink or even lunch. There is parking for RV/Boat/Trailer.
Our Condominium: This is a 3 Bedroom 2B floor plan on the 7th floor of the Cristal building (building closest to water with fantastic view of the Old Port & Lighthouse. Both the Master and Guest Master, as well as the living room face the sea. We purchased a golf membership, which permits advance reservation of tee times & discounted golf rates. The condo is beautifully decorated in all blue and white throughout. Reverse osmosis water purifying system in kitchen and purified water throughout the resort (you can drink from the tap!). Wall mounted hairdryers in bathrooms. Full sized washer, dryer and sink in laundry room. Fully equipped kitchen with all expected cook's tools and appliances including side-by-side refrigerator with ice and water dispenser in the door. Ceiling fans in all rooms and on patio. Phones in kitchen and all bedrooms. Three thermostats for your comfort. Large patio furnished with table/chairs and two lounge chairs. Collection of games, books and DVD's. Television in living and bed rooms.
Please Note You will need a U.S. passport for all persons 19 and over. Those eighteen and younger will need a birth certificate. No pets are allowed and you must be at least 25 years old to rent at Las Palomas. This is a non-smoking condominium. Check-in time is 4:00 PM and checkout time is 11:00 AM.

WEEKDAY RATE: $235.00 + 7.9% tax = $253.57
WEEKEND RATE: $280.00 + 7.9% tax = $302.12
WEEKLY RATE: (Rent 6 & Get 7) $1500 + 7,9% tax = $1618.50.
Rates include: all taxes, wristband fee, and maid service.
RENTER BEWARE:
If you are renting a condo at Las Palomas, make sure
1. the unit is in the rental pool
2. the rental is being processed through the resort (you should have a written rental confirmation from the resort with the amount charged)
3. you are being booked as a paying guest, not as a “guest of owner”
4. there are no extra charges for cleaning, wristbands or anything else
5. you are not being offered a rate lower than the Owners Rate, the lowest legal rate permitted.
If you participate in a scheme to rent illegally, you run the risk of not being permitted to enter the resort and/or being required to book a different condo and pay the rack rate, the highest rate possible. You may also be denied services, including television, telephone, internet access and even on site parking.
There is a new Administration at Las Palomas and every reservation is being carefully monitored. Don’t be disappointed. Rent only legally through the rental pool.
