 (update) please note... if the owner of a Las Palomas suite is not charging you for the daily HOA fee and resort fee, you will have to pay these fees out of pocket upon checkout. Our rates include these fee's ($37 per day for both). Make sure to ask the owner if the rate includes the resort fee and HOA guest fee.
This large open floor plan includes 2 bedrooms / 2 baths and is located in the newest phase of Las Palomas. If you prefer an open floor plan this is the suite for you. The interior has over 1600 sq ft and the private balcony has over 400 sq ft with 40 linear ft of ocean view!
We have put our heart and soul in providing the highest quality furnishings you would find in a 5 star resort... wall mounted LCD televisions in every room, high grade furniture and accessories, and the most comfortable and appealing patio furniture you will find.

Phase II of Las Palomas has a large reception area including a gym, restaurant and more. Also in Phase II (coming this year) you will find a wine/sushi bar, gourmet deli shop, day care center and much more.
As a guest of Las Palomas you are entitled to use the facilities in both the 1st phase and 2nd. Don't forget the wood fire pizza in the pool bar, the award winning restaurant in the 1st phase, and the award winning golf course!
Cable TV, Phone service, Internet, Underground parking, Commercial water filtration system, 24 hr security, and full hotel services really set this resort apart from the rest.

 Our suite is professionaly managed by Las Palomas, thus the following services are included in your rate...
daily maid service, ability to set up an account and charge at the bars & restaurants, 24/7 front desk assistance if you have a problem with appliances, internet, telephone, A/C or the door key.
Don't take a change on your vacation, make sure that you are registered as a paying guest and make sure that you receive confirmation of your rate from the resort. If you are paying for a cleaning fee you are not registered as a "paying guest of the resort".
