Lapa Lapa Consistently Excentllent! The atmosphere is wonderful, the restaurant is clean, the food is always delicious, portions are generous, wait staff is very friendly and polite.

Slooooow service, good food Lapa Lapa is a very clean restaurant with a bamboo roof and very large fans to circulate the beautiful sea air. The service was very slow and the waiter took way too long to ask us for a drink order...he seemed very busy but also not very friendly. I had the pumpkin mousse crepes and salad, they were both very good. So if you aren't in a rush, definitely try Lapa Lapa at least once.

Lapa Lapa - Bad music, good food We went to Lapa Lapa last weekend. The service there was lacking but there was a great breeze from the ocean. The music they were plaing was awful and the waiters were hurried and frantic. However, the food was really good, the mouthwatering Stuffed Shrimp was excellent!

Sloooow Service Good food but the service was very slow. The restaurant was not very crowded so I don't understand why the service was so bad. The food was very good but come on. I don't run a restaurant and I could have done a better job at taking the orders, bringing out the bread, bringing out the drinks, appetizers, etc. I like the atmosphere, but it's a shame they can't get the other things right.
