Rocky Point Bars are the place to relax, kick-back, and enjoy the Mexican atmosphere while drinking down a Dos X, Tecate, or Corona. The new wave of tourists are definitely requiring more upscale and newer bars to be built in Rocky Point. Best in old port Mickey's is an excellent find in Old Port. Located just one block in from the shops, Mickey's offers some of the best homemade tequila around. Mexican food was excellent and with a climb to the top of the stairs, you will get a breathtaking view of the sea. We were served an excellent mexican food meal while enjoying a beautiful sunset and great tequila...all very moderately priced. The best part was meeting the owner who joined us and made us and made our dining experience exceptional!

very nice! Mickey's had some really great tequila! It was also very inexpensive, and if you get one of their mini carafes (holds about 6 shots) you're paying about $1 a shot. I also had the tortilla soup and that was very good.

Micky will be missed but never forgotton My family and I have known Lupe(Mickey) and Lucy since they had thier bar and store in Nogalas. Mickey was an amazingly charismatic man. He made every person feel as if they were his best friend. The head waiter Juan is also an outstanding person. He is the definition of kind and helpful. The food at Mickey's and the tequila is second to none. The tequila is all personally made with Mickey's touch, and when it's added to thier famous punch, it's almost impossible to not go back for more. Even with Mickey being gone, god bless his soul, My friends, family and I know that this cantina will continue to be a place of pride for Rocky Point.
