Best Breakfast in Rocky Point I love the Machaca and Chilquiles at Balboa. It doesn't look like a restaurant from the outside it looks like a bar. It's very clean with great service and good prices. And of course the food is excellent.

Great relaxation My wife and I always go here at least twice. It is always our last stop as we leave Rocky Point as a great memory!
