Don't plan on sleep they have no problem with construction being done on the room above yours at 8 o'clock in the morning and will not even appologize for it

Awsome Me and my fiance stayed last year and the renovation is awsome. We got the ocean view room and it was by far the best place I have stayed in a while. You can open your balcony door at night and listen to the waves. Very relaxing unless of course you go during spring break, but americans like to have fun. In fact we are going back in a couple of weeks.
